Completion Time – 10 to 21 Working Days

Main Requirements:

• • Proof of a registered company. Company COR14.3
  • Proof of your NBC registration.
  • Letter of good standing from the Department of Labour for Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COIDA)
  • Proof (copy of policy) for Public Liability insurance documentation (a minimum of R1million cover is required) (not older than 3 months)
  • Bank confirmation letter in the name of the company (not older than 3 months)
  • Tax Compliance Status Certificate
  • Company BEE Certificate
  • Proof of Residence (not older than 3 months)
  • Certified IDs of all Directors (not older than 3 months)
  • Occupational health and safety appointment letter
