Product Description
Many South African businesses are asked for a "B-BBEE certificate", but if your annual turnover is R10 million or less (an Exempted Micro Enterprise, under the generic codes) or you are a Qualifying Small Enterprise that is at least 51% black owned, the legal proof of your B-BBEE status is a sworn affidavit, not a certificate from a verification agency. This service prepares that affidavit for you. We confirm which category your business falls into, calculate your black ownership levels from your shareholding, and draft the affidavit on the correct template for your sector code. You sign it in front of a Commissioner of Oaths, and it is accepted for tenders, CSD and corporate supplier registration. Businesses that need a full verification certificate from a SANAS-accredited agency are not covered by this service.
