Product Description
Every registered credit provider in South Africa must submit a statistical return to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) on Form 39. Credit providers whose annual disbursements exceed R15 million file it quarterly; all others file once a year, by 15 February, for the calendar year. The return reports the number and value of credit agreements by credit type, agreement size and term, together with applications, the outstanding book and arrears. Our service turns your loan book into the Form 39 tables, reconciles the totals, and submits the return to the NCR, so you stay compliant and avoid queries, penalties or risk to your registration.
